Loved Dear Sweetheart!

Dear Sweetheart is one of those books where the female lead actually has a backbone. Rayna's journey from she was married to her husband for a year, yet the couple merely remained married in name. to reclaiming her life is empowering and cathartic. Curtis is infuriating in the best way — you'll want to slap him and kiss him at the same time. 755 chapters of pure emotional investment.

Chef's kiss

I'm not even kidding when I say I bought this, started it at 11pm, and finished it by 6am. Called out of work. No regrets. Rayna owns me now.

Every time I thought I knew where this was going, the author pulled another twist. Rayna keeps you on your toes and I love that. Smart writing.

Honestly the best fake marriage book I've read this year. The writing flows so well and the chemistry is off the charts. I'll definitely be rereading this one.

New favorite

Some of the side plots could be tighter but the main romance is EXACTLY what I wanted. Curtis being cold on the outside and soft on the inside is my favorite thing ever.

Loved Dear Sweetheart!

Okay so Dear Sweetheart starts with she was married to her husband for a year, yet the couple merely remained married in name. and from that first moment I was HOOKED. Rayna is such a well-written character — she's not a doormat and actually stands up for herself. The chemistry with Curtis builds perfectly throughout the story. For a 755-chapter read, the pacing is surprisingly tight and never dragged for me.

Loved it!

This author knows how to write ANGST. My heart was literally hurting during certain chapters. But the resolution makes it all worth it. Beautiful story.

Page turner!

I kept seeing this recommended everywhere and finally caved. Zero regrets. The slow burn is REAL and the payoff is so satisfying. Already recommended it to my book club.

Where has this been?!

Not me finishing this entire book in one sitting on a Sunday. The emotional rollercoaster... I need a minute. Or a sequel. Preferably both.

Loved Dear Sweetheart!

What makes Dear Sweetheart stand out from other fake marriage novels is how real Rayna feels. The way the story explores she was married to her husband for a year, yet the couple merely remained married in name. keeps you emotionally invested from start to finish. Curtis's redemption arc across 755 chapters is slow, earned, and devastatingly romantic.
