Greg W. Every time I thought I knew where this was going, the author pulled another twist. Skylar keeps you on your toes and I love that. Smart writing.
O
Olivia H. Look, I've read probably 200+ romance novels at this point and this one genuinely surprised me. The plot actually keeps you guessing. Tobias is both infuriating and swoon-worthy at the same time.
P
Paige D. Some of the side plots could be tighter but the main romance is EXACTLY what I wanted. Tobias being cold on the outside and soft on the inside is my favorite thing ever.
J
Jake T. This author knows how to write ANGST. My heart was literally hurting during certain chapters. But the resolution makes it all worth it. Beautiful story.

Tyler C. This book had me ugly crying at 1am and I'm not even ashamed. The way Skylar handles everything life throws at her is inspiring. Highly recommend!
K
Kelly C. i fear this book has altered my brain chemistry. the slow burn is immaculate. i will never be the same. thank you author for blessing us with this masterpiece.
S
Steven W. Re-reading this for the third time and it still hits the same. Skylar is hands down one of the best female leads I've ever read. The character consistency is amazing.
N
Nick H. Okay so Captured by a Stubborn CEO starts with once blessed with a silver spoon in her mouth, she was now abandoned by her well-off family, shunned by her father, and left with an imprisoned mother. and from that first moment I was HOOKED. Skylar is such a well-written character — she's not a doormat and actually stands up for herself. The chemistry with Tobias builds perfectly throughout the story. For a 947-chapter read, the pacing is surprisingly tight and never dragged for me.
M
Melissa H. not me recommending this to literally everyone i know. Skylar is that girl. the character development is *chef's kiss*. please read this so i have someone to scream about it with.
K
Katie G. I've been looking for a good forbidden love romance and Captured by a Stubborn CEO exceeded my expectations. Skylar's story — once blessed with a silver spoon in her mouth, she was now abandoned by her well-off family, shunned by her father, and left with an imprisoned mother. — hits all the right emotional notes. The way Tobias slowly realizes what he's lost is perfection. With 947 chapters of slow burn and satisfying payoffs, this is a must-read for romance fans.

Ryan D. Ok but why did nobody prepare me for chapter 50+?? I was NOT ready. The emotional damage is real. But like, the good kind of damage. You know what I mean.
