Pregnant Billionaire Heiress Gave Birth To Twins Free Preview

Chapter 1: Cheater

"Congratulations, Mrs. Anabel! You are four months pregnant!" The doctor announced. "Here is the test result. Take a good look at it."

He handed the test result to her, and she went through it. Tears of joy streamed down her delicate face. She had been waiting for this moment for two years, since marrying Desmond.

Her mind flooded with their love story. How he saved her from a dirty gang who wanted to rape her. How they got married and started living together.

Though for the past few months, she was gradually losing her husband to a lady his mother and his sister wanted him to marry.

They fired all their maids so that she would have a lot of work to do in the house. They abuse and treat her like a maid, but she endures it all. Now that she was pregnant, she believed they would support and love her again. She believes they will stop abusing her.

She rushed out of the door and headed to her car. Once she got inside, she dialed her husband's number.

"Hi Honey, I have a good..." Her voice hung in the air. She couldn't finish what she was saying. The filthy sounds and voice she was hearing left her flabbergasted. She had to take another look on the phone screen to confirm it was her husband. She confirmed and put the phone back on her ear.

This time, she could hear a feminine voice moaning loudly, "Yes, baby! Ahhhh! Fuck me harder! I love your fucking dick! Fuck me like you have never fucked that bitch!"

Anabel could recognize the voice. It was her husband rival, the lady her husband's mother was rooting for.

"Ohh! Yesss! Tell me much you hate that bitch!" Anabel heard the lady spoke. The lady had intentionally picked the call and dropped the phone so that Anabel could hear them.

"She's so disgusting. I love you more than her. You are so sweet." Anabel heard her husband answer. She could also hear the sound of skin slapping against the other. At this moment, she couldn't bear it and hanged up.

Her heart was shattered. She knew that Desmond was seeing her secretly and his mother was rooting her for him, but she never knew he had been cheating. Her tears turned from joy to sadness. She looked down at her tummy and rubbed on it. "You will bring my love back to me."

Anabel got back home to meet, Mrs. Elizabeth, her husband's mother, drinking and chatting with Bella, her husband's younger sister.

"Mom! Desmond had been cheating on me with Daniella!" She announced, expecting them to be shocked, but instead, the mother and daughter looked at each other and laughed

"Oh! she's just finding out!" Mrs. Elizabeth said and turned her attention to Anabel. "You came to report to me that my son is cheating on you with my future daughter inlaw? Can you hear yourself?"

"I don't know what you are talking about. The last time I checked, Desmond is my husband and he never told me he's going to marry that husband snatcher." Anabel replied.

"How dare you call my potential daughter-in-law a husband snatcher!" She rose up from her seat and slapped Anabel across the face. "The next time you say that, I'm going to punish you beyond your expectation."

"Did you just slap me?" Anabel asked, placing her hand on the hurting spot.

"Yes! And I will slap you over and over again if you don't learn your lesson. You are the husband snatcher and not her. She's my son's fiancée and my future daughter-in-law."

"What are you saying? I've been married to your son for two years, and he loved me. Why all these?" At this moment, tears were rolling down her eyes.

"Love? My son never loved you. He only got married to you out of pity. You were never his choice. You are just a country bumpkin, saved by my son. You were never qualified to marry my son. I've been keeping cool, waiting for my true daughter-in-law. Now that she's back, Desmond is going to marry her."

"Desmond loved me. He will not marry her," Anabel protested.

"I can see you are ignorant of what has been going on," Bella spoke up. "For the past three months, my brother and Daniella have been seeing each other. You know what they used to do? They do have sex and lots of it. But you are so stupid that you never knew until today."

"What? I thought they were just seeing each other."

"Oh, you thought." Mrs. Elizabeth mocked. "That is to tell how foolish you are. I'm only waiting for her to get pregnant. Once she conceives, we will be done with you. He will have a valid reason to divorce you."

"Yeah!" Bella supported. "Who in his right senses will stick with a barren woman? Who knows how many abortions you have done that got your womb damaged."

"What are you saying, Bella? I've never done an abortion before." Anabel tried to defend herself. "Desmond is the man who broke my virginity. I'm not a barren woman."

"Don't try to deny it, Anabel." Mrs. Elizabeth cautioned her. "A slum slut is calling herself a virgin. Do you take us as fools or what? For two years, all you have been doing is eating and wasting my son's strength on the bed. My son had been blinded by love, but very soon, his eyes will clear, and he will see the reasons to stand with me and divorce you."

"You are sounding as if Desmond is doing the right thing and I'm bad. Talking of divorce, I'm the one who is supposed to file for a divorce. Your son is cheating on me."

"And what are you waiting for?" Mrs. Elizabeth asked. "Tell him that you want a divorce once he comes back, and everything will be settled."

"I won't do that. I love him. Even though he cheated, I still love him. I believe she seduced him. It's all planned to weaken me, and I won't divorce him."

"I know that is what you will say. You can never say the truth." Bella smirked at her.

"Which truth?"

"Everyone knows that you are sticking around my brother because he's rich. You can't survive without him. Will you? You are afraid that if he divorces you, you won't have anywhere to go."

Chapter 2: Wife Called Maid

They were still talking when Desmond walked in with Daniella, holding hands like couples.

"Wow! My son and my potential daughter-in-law are here already! They look like a perfect match from heaven." Desmond's mother stepped forward and embraced her son.

"Desmond!" Anabel called. "How can you cheat on me?"

He turned his attention to Anabel. "I don't understand. What are you talking about?"

"Do you want to deny it? Don't even try to. I called you this afternoon to share some good news with you, only to find out that you are cheating on me. I guess the husband snatcher picked up the call and left it so I could listen to her sick moans."

"I've warned you to desist from calling my potential daughter-in-law a husband snatcher!" Desmond's mother intervened. "What good news do you have for him other than telling him that you found another sex style that will make you pregnant?"

"Son." She turned to Desmond. "You don't have to be hiding it from her. You are doing the right thing. Daniella is perfect for you. You two look good together."

"I'm still waiting for my answer, Desmond." Anabel alerted.

"Why are you disturbing me? Even if I cheated, it's not my fault. For two years, you have not given me a child. Not even a miscarriage."

"But it's not my fault… I'm perfectly okay."

"Oh! It's my son's fault? Is that what you are trying to say? You mean my son is impotent?" Desmond's mother asked.

"I didn't say that."

"Anyway, even if it's what she means." Daniella spoke up. "I have evidence to prove that Desmond is perfectly okay. Yesterday, I got my test result. I'm 2 months pregnant for Desmond."

"Wow! This is great news! You are pregnant with my son's child?"

"You didn't tell me," Desmond said.

"I want it to be a surprise, and I think that this is the right time. To prove that you are a real man." She dipped her hand in her handbag and pulled out the test result. "Here is the test result."

"Wow! This is great! I'm going to be a father." Desmond hugged her.

"Yes, very soon. What gender do you wish? A boy or a girl?" Daniella asked.

"Any gender. I don't care if it's a boy or a girl. What matters is that you are pregnant and I'm going to be a father soon," Desmond replied and gave her another hug.

"Now! I think it's time for you to sign the divorce letter. It's now obvious that you are barren." Mrs. Elizabeth turned to Desmond. "I think you will support me this time and divorce her for good. You can confirm that she's barren. You had been wasting your money and strength on her. Divorce her immediately."

"What if I'm pregnant?" Anabel countered, and the room went silent, then Bella burst out in laughter.

"You? Pregnant? No way! So because Daniella is pregnant, you too want to claim to be pregnant as well. Brother, don't listen to her. She's lying."

"You pathetic liar." Desmond's mother sneered at her. "You were never pregnant for two whole years. Now you have become pregnant all of a sudden. Do you take us for fools?"

"But I'm telling the truth. That is the good news I was talking about."

"Anabel, Why are you lying?" Daniella spoke up. "I know you don't want to lose Desmond because of his money, but it shouldn't make you lie. Just accept the fact that you are barren. You cannot be pregnant."

"How could you? You think I will fall for your cheap lies?" Desmond asked.

"I'm not lying. I'm with the test result." She picked it out of her handbag and stretched out her hand to give it to Desmond, and Daniella snatched it from her."

She scanned through it and shook her head in disgust. "This must be a fake test result. I won't let Desmond fall for this." She tore the paper into pieces and threw it at Anabel.

"Why will you tear that report? It's legit and not fake."

"Just shut up, Anabel!" Desmond cautioned her. "I can't believe you can do this. So you have become so desperate to the point of forging a fake pregnancy report."

"You all have to believe me. The test result is not fake."

"Desmond, Will you stand there and listen to this pathetic liar? This is the perfect time to divorce her. Daniella is the perfect wife for you. You can see that she's pregnant for you." The mother said.

"What if the child she's carrying is not his own?" Anabel questioned, and Desmond turned to her in anger.

"How dare you!" Desmond slapped her hard across the face, and she lost balance and fell on the floor. "How can you accuse my future wife of infidelity? I can tolerate any other thing but not this."

"Can you stop this drama and divorce her?" Mrs. Elizabeth couldn't wait for Desmond to divorce her.

"I don't think it's good. Let her stay. She doesn't have anywhere to go." Desmond replied.

"What are you saying?"

"Let her stay. She will be good as a house help." The word pierced into Anabel like an arrow. She couldn't believe he just called her a maid.

Daniella frowned and held his arm. "But I don't need a maid. She can poison me out of jealousy. You know she's angry you are bringing me in.

"Don't say that about her." Desmond cautioned her. "Anabel is not like that."

"Are you defending Anabel?" Bella asked, "Daniella is right. Send Anabel away. She's a parasite."

"Anabel, get back to the room. We will talk later." Desmond said, and Anabel hesitated before leaving. She knew she was free to go back to her father's house, but she didn't want to lose Desmond, even after the humiliations.

"So you are going to let her stay?" Daniella asked just as Anabel went out of view.

"She's still my wife. I can't let her go. She will be here, helping us with house chores since she's very good at it. Anabel won't harm you, but if you are afraid she will poison you, then be in charge of cooking." He said and left to meet Anabel.

Chapter 3: Divorced

"Mother, Do you know why Desmond is hesitating to divorce Anabel? I thought he would divorce her without a second thought. She's barren and unproductive." Daniella said in disgust.

"Yes, but I think Desmond believed she was blessed with good luck. Ever since he married her, things have been going well. He has achieved so many things easier and without stress."

"I thought he picked her from the slum. How could he believe it was because of her? What if it's a coincidence?"

"I've tried to convince him, but he's been stubborn. He loved her, and I hate it. I don't know if she charmed my son."

"Desmond, I can't stay with that woman. I will forgive you for cheating on me, but I won't tolerate you bringing her in this house." Anabel spoke up when Desmond walked on.

"The last time I checked, this is my house. I'm the man of the house, and I say what happens. Daniella is staying, whether you like it or not. She's carrying my child."

"Then what happens to our marriage? I can't share my man with any woman. You are mine and mine alone."

"I'm yours alone when you can't give me a child?"

"But I'm pregnant."

"Cut the crab. You are lying. I know you are scared of losing me. You are nothing without me. I know how desperate you are, but you don't need to lie. You are barren, and Daniella just proved it."

"If you insist on bringing her here. Then I will leave!" Anabel declared.

"Is that a threat?" Desmond asked.

"You can call it anything. If you don't send her away, I will leave."

"You are ranting, and that's normal. This is one thing you cannot do. Deep down, you know you cannot do it. I'm your life; I'm everything to you. Without me, you are nothing. Better keep calm, or I will kick you out myself." He said and left the room.

A few minutes later. Daniella sauntered into the bedroom.

"Anabel, Why don't you just give up and leave? You can see that you are not wanted in this house anymore. Why are you forcing yourself where you don't belong?"

"I should be the one asking you that question. I'm Desmond's wife. What are you? A desperate lady who is trying to snatch a man from another woman. Are you not ashamed of yourself?"

"I'm not snatching him from you. I'm only trying to rescue him from your trap. You are useless and barren. I'm here to give him what he had been wanting. You can see I'm about to give him what you couldn't give him for two years. Besides, I hope you enjoyed the sound you heard when I picked up the call. You heard when he confessed that you are disgusting." At this moment, Anabel's anger was boiling, but Daniella continued.

"He also said he loved me more than you. He was saying all these while fucking me hard and deep. You need to see the way he was fucking me. And guess what? He came inside of me while calling you a bitch."

"Stop it, Daniella! Stop it! You are the bitch here! Sleeping with someone else's husband."

"Oh! She's getting angry! Why don't you leave? If I were you, I would leave. I can never be with a cheating man."

"I think I'm done talking with you. Will you get out of this room before I lose it?"

"This is my room now. You are the one to leave. I wonder what your stuffs are still doing here."

"You must be dreaming. You are not sleeping in this house tonight."

"Let's see who is leaving then." Daniella said and slapped Anabel hard across the face, then fell down and began to yell in pain. "My baby! Please don't hurt my baby!"

Desmond, her mom, and her sister heard Daniella's cry from outside and rushed to know what happened.

"What is wrong!" Desmond rushed to help her up. "What happened to you?"

"She slapped and kicked me on my tummy because I told her I would bring my stuff inside the room. I think she's jealous."

"You are so wicked. Why will you kick a pregnant lady?" Bella yelled at Anabel.

"She's lying. I didn't touch her." Anabel tried to defend herself. "She is the one who slapped me. She slapped me and fell on the floor."

"You are still denying it, Anabel? You said I will not stay in this house and slapped me, then kicked me on my tummy. I wish we had a CCTV camera in this room."

"Because you couldn't have a child, you want to kick her own out? How can you be so vicious?" Desmond's mother asked and turned to Desmond. "Will you still leave her? This is a valid reason to send her away. If you let her stay any longer, she's going to kill your baby."

"Anabel, how could you? You are never like this. Why will you hit a pregnant woman?"

"Don't you believe me? I didn't do it. She's just acting. She made it up, can't you see?" Anabel tried to convince him, but Desmond could not digest it. Daniella was still holding her tummy.

"Daniella can't make this up. I will divorce you."

"You will? Divorce her now! I kept the divorce letter here. Sign it and give it to her so she will sign." Mrs. Elizabeth handed the divorce letter over to Desmond.

"You won't do it, right? You are not signing it." Anabel asked, but Desmond went on and signed.

"I'm done with you; take it and sign." He stretched his hand to her. "Take it! Sign it!"

Anabel hesitated, and Desmond's mom yelled at her, "What are you waiting for? Take it and sign it."

She took it and looked up at Desmond. "You really want to divorce me? Because of this woman? After the love and care I've shown to you? After all I've done for you? I helped you secretly to get many contracts. Your company was having a hard time when I came into your life. You are on top today because of me."

"Will you shut up! You want to take credit for my son's company's success? My son is hardworking, and that is what paid off."

Bella snorted, "Look at who is helping. Country's bumpkin. How were you of help when you were poor?"

"Anabel, just sign the paper and leave. I don't want to listen to you anymore. I don't need you anymore." Desmond declared.

"It's alright. I will sign it. But I assure you that you will regret this day. All of you." She said and signed the paper, then flung the paper at him. Desmond was surprised. He was expecting her to cry and beg him. She wasn't even feeling sad.

"Yes! You have done what I wanted. Now you can take your bag and leave." Mrs. Elizabeth said. "I forgot to tell you that you are not leaving with any dim. All the money in the card will be frozen."

"I don't even need your money. It can't solve half of my bills. You can have all of it," she said and dialed a number she had not called for a long time. "Come and pick me. I'm done with him."

Chapter 4: I Won't Come Back

"Who are you calling?" Desmond asked.

"Why are you asking me who I'm calling? I'm no longer your wife. Who I'm calling is none of your business."

"She must be calling her poor friends." Bella mocked.

"Mind how you talk to me, Bella. I'm never your mate. Though I don't blame you. I blame myself for reducing myself so low that you can talk to me anyhow you want. If not for the fact that I married your brother, you are not qualified to talk to me. People like you run errands for me."

"Stop blabbing. It won't help you. You are leaving, and you are not coming back." Bella waved a mocking goodbye as Anabel made her way to leave with a small bag.

"Don't come back begging, Anabel. I won't listen to you. You have the privilege to stay and be our house help, other than going out to perish. All of us know that you don't have anywhere to go. I'm giving you a chance." Anabel heard Desmond speak from behind. She paused and twirled her head towards him. "The last thing I will do is to become your maid. I'm going, and I will never come back begging; you will be the one to do that." With that, she sauntered out of the room.

"Who does she even think she is?" Bella said as the door closed behind Anabel.

"She's nothing. The foolish woman thinks she's walking away with her head held high." Mrs. Elizabeth said with gleaming eyes.

Bella snorted, "After everything that my brother has done for her, she has the nerve to threaten him?"

"Threats from a scorned woman mean nothing. She'll realize soon enough she can't survive without Desmond's wealth and influence." Mrs. Elizabeth added.

"You think she'll come crawling back?" Desmond asked, and her mom nodded. "She'll beg for forgiveness once reality sets in. Mark my words. But we won't let her in.

"Yes." Bella's eyes sparkled with malice. "I'll make sure she regrets ever crossing us."

They were still talking when they heard a car approaching and went to check through the window. They were surprised when they saw the car stopping by the gate.

"Is that not the latest version of Rolls-Royce? That car worth millions of dollars." Desmond exclaimed.

"Is that the person she called? Is she going to enter that car? No way!" Bella couldn't believe it.

As Anabel approached the car, they saw the car door opening. They were shocked in disbelief when Anabel got in and the door closed black.

"Mom, she just entered the car!" Bella exclaimed.

"I said it. Anabel is a whore and a gold digger. She had already hooked up with a very rich man. No wonder she wasn't crying when she was signing the divorce paper. This must be the reason she wasn't bothered with the money. She may think she's about to enjoy life, but she's just getting close to her destruction. They will use her and dump her."

"But how did she land someone like that quickly?" Desmond asked.

Bella snorted, "She must have been playing you behind your back."

"Let's forget about her and focus on our future and the baby. I think we need to celebrate this precious soul growing inside of me. "A little party won't be bad." Daniella said, trying to draw all attention back to her.

"Yes, it deserves to be celebrated. You put smiles on my face in less than three months, unlike the barren slut. I don't regret hooking you up with my son."

"Thank you, Mommy. I'm going to give birth to a beautiful baby for your son." Daniella purred.

"Yeah, you are beautiful, and my brother is handsome. I won't be surprised if you give birth to an angel." Bella said.

"So, Honey," Daniella wrapped her arms around Desmond. "What will you gift me?"

"What do you want?" Desmond asked.

"I want a brand new Rolls Royce. The latest version." Daniella answered.

"I have up to five expensive cars parked at the garage. You can take any of them anytime you want. What is mine is yours."

"I want my own. The one bought in my name. I'm carrying your baby."

"Son, Daniella deserved the best. She's about to give you what Anabel couldn't give you for two years."

"Yes, brother." Bella chimed in. "She's carrying your heir."

"Okay, fine. I will buy the Rolls-Royce for you." Desmond finally agreed, and Daniella squealed. "Thank you, darling. You are the best."

Daniella's eyes gleamed as she hugged Desmond. She had him right where she wanted. The Rolls Royce was just the beginning.

Chapter 5: Back Home

"Take me to the best boutique. I need some new clothes." Anabel said just as she entered the car. The driver drove off without talking. He knew the best boutique in the city.

In less than twenty minutes, they were there. They parked in the parking lot, and she came down.

"I will go inside by myself. I will call if I need any help." Anabel said before walking inside. The boutique is meant for the rich. A common person cannot afford the least collections in the boutique.

Anabel got interested in one of the gowns and called the sales lady to get it from her.

"The gown is over there." She pointed at the gown. "I need it. Get it for me."

The sales lady looked up and saw the cloth she was pointing at. It was one of the most expensive collections. She stared at Anabel and shook her head.

"Are you sure you know the cloth you are pointing at?" The sales lady asked.

"I'm not having an eye problem. Get the dress for me." Anabel replied.

"I'm sorry, I don't want to waste my energy. I cannot get it for you. You can choose from others. The cloth you are pointing at is not for people like you."

"What are you saying? Get those clothes for me."

"Why do you want to stress me? Those clothes is not for people like you. Don't be too stubborn." The sales lady insists.

"Are you inside my pocket? Do you know me from anywhere?" Anabel asked.

"I don't need to know you before I conclude. Merely looking at you, you will find it difficult to buy the cheapest cloth here. I can tell by the trash you are wearing right now." The sales lady said, and Anabel looked down, rechecking the clothes. It was one of the clothes Desmond bought for her.

"I have the money to pay. That's what matters. I will need five of different designs." Anabel took out her card, and the saleswoman couldn't help but laugh.

"The five will be four hundred thousand dollars. You can't do that kind of transaction with a card."

"Why don't you check the card I'm holding before spitting rubbish!" Anabel said, and the sales lady stared at the card. She was surprised and looked up at Anabel. "You are holding the black card? That's the Centurion card. Only billionaires get access to the card. Are you a billionaire? Oh! My god! I'm sorry for underrating you. Please forgive me."

"Are you getting the clothes now?"

"At your service, Ma'am." The sales lady said and package everything she wants. She escorted Anabel to the checkout counter. She paid and walked away with reckless abandon.

"Take me to the biggest hotel; I will spend the night there and get back home tomorrow." Anabel told her driver when she entered the car. The driver took her to one of the best hotels in the city. She logged in and took her bath. She ordered her favorite food and slept off afterwards. She couldn't wait to get back home tomorrow.

The next day, Anabel found herself standing at the main entrance. She smiled and rushed to embrace her father when she spotted him coming.

"Welcome back, my daughter." They hugged each other. "I've missed you so much. I'm so happy you are home."

"Thank you, Dad." Anabel replied. "I'm happy to see you as well."

"Look at you, how they have messed your face up. You insisted on marrying Desmond after he saved you. Now see what they have done to you."

"I thought he loved me. I never knew it would turn out this way. I was wrong."

"Yeah, it's good that you admit that you are wrong. You made a mistake. We all make mistakes, and that is how we learn. You were driven by love, and I won't blame you. I'm just hurt that you learned the hard way."

"It's okay, Dad. I'm back home, and I'm never going back. We signed the divorce paper, so we will never come back together again."

"That's fine. Anyway, I arranged a small feast for your return. It's just a family feast to celebrate your arrival. I didn't invite any outsiders."

"But you shouldn't have bothered yourself."

"No, don't say that. Two years is not two days. Follow me." The dad said, and she followed her.

Anabel stepped into the warm glow of her family's spacious living room. The soft light felt like balm to her weary soul. Her elder brother approached her with a wide smile. "Hey, sis! Welcome back!" He exclaimed, opening his arms for a hug. Anabel felt so loved and excited as she embraced him tightly. Alex was her only brother.

"I've missed you so much." Alex said.

"I missed you too." She said before releasing him. She scanned the room and saw how it had been transformed into a celebration raven. Vibrant balloons danced in the breeze as their colorful ribbons tangled together. A lush bouquet of sunflowers dominated the center of the table. Anabel smiled as she watched. Her family's love and care wrapped around her like a warm blanket. The room was aglow with candles. The air was filled with the sweet, savory aroma of roasted chicken and steaming vegetables.

"Surprise!" Her mother exclaimed from nowhere. Anabel looked and saw her mom walking towards her with smiles all over her face. "This is our special way of welcoming you back." She hugged her.

"Thank you very much, Mom. This is marvelous!"

Alex led her to the table. Different kinds of food were served with her favorite childhood dinnerware.

"Sit down, kiddo. Let's start already." Her father said. "You have a lot to enjoy yourself with."

As they sat down to eat, Anabel felt a wave of peace and joy settling over her. For this moment, at least, she was home, surrounded by true love.

"Dad, how is the company moving?" Anabel suddenly asked in the middle of the dinner.

"It's fine. But I will like you to go and inspect the company. Make out time." He replied.

"Is there any problem? What is going on?" Anabel asked.

"I've received a notice that some high-level employees are oppressing the low-level staff." He replied.

"That's terrible!"

"Yeah. If we keep quiet, it will spoil our reputation. I want you to go and fish them out, then fire them. I don't know if you will have the strength for it."

"I'm still strong. I will do it. I already have an idea of what to do." Anabel said.

"I trust you. I can always count on you."

"And...About Desmond's contract. I know you are considering canceling it." She said.

"I don't even need to do anything to deny him the contract. Remember that you always sign before we give him any contract. I've not changed the policy and process."

"I almost forgot."

"He will regret divorcing you." Her father said, and she smiled. "He will."
